Bronze Solutions Package
This option is designed for those who want limited guidance on locating the ideal aged care home of their choice.
Initially we suggest you and any other relatives you would like to be present, attend a free consultation so we can determine if this option is the most suited to your needs and to explain in detail the services provided within the Bronze solutions package.
We will provide email and telephone support on a weekly basis for the first three months from the date of the initial consultation and will assist you in your research for a suitable aged care home. We will provide a list of preferred hostels and or nursing homes within the suburb you select. We will provide a detailed checklist for you to take when you inspect any home to ensure you do not overlook the things that really matter before you make your final decision.
We will explain what documentation is required to be completed prior to admission to an aged care home and will answer your specific questions that you may have regarding this documentation.
If extra services are required under this solutions package they will be
itemised and charged accordingly. Please remember that this could prove to be
more expensive in the long term than selecting the Silver Solutions Package.
