Gold Solutions Package

This package is designed for those who do not require as much in depth assistance as the Platinum Solutions Package offers.

As for the Platinum Solutions Package initially we suggest you and any other relatives you would like to be present, attend a free consultation so we can determine if this option is the most suited to your needs and to explain in detail the full extent of the services provided within the Gold Solutions Package.

In order for you and your relatives to make an informed choice regarding the best home to meet your requirements, we prepare detailed reports on 5 aged care hostels or nursing homes (subject to availability) of your choice within the suburbs you select.

We are only prepared to issue reports on those hostels and nursing homes which meet all of the 44 required accreditation outcomes through The Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency. If you are unsure of what that involves we will explain more fully to you at the initial consultation.

This package provides you with email and telephone support on a daily basis if needed for the first month from the date of the initial consultation and then on a weekly basis for the following two months so that every effort can be directed to achieving accommodation at the home of your choice. Please remember that the better homes frequently do not have immediate vacancies and it may be necessary to have your name placed on a waiting list. However as part of this package we will liaise with the home weekly to ensure that you are not overlooked and that every effort is made to get you accommodation as soon as practicable.

Once you have decided on the hostels or nursing homes that are of interest to you, we will arrange for you to inspect them at a time convenient to you.

We are happy to organise transportation by taxi and accompany you on these visits however you will be responsible for payment of the taxi fares for such visits.

To keep you up to date with our progress on your requirements we will hold weekly meetings with you and any relatives you wish to be present, for the first month and then fortnightly for the subsequent two months.

We will assist with completion of all required government documentation prior to entry to the home of your choice.

We will accompany you on the day you enter the home to ensure the transition is as smooth and trouble free as possible.

Once you have entered the home of your choice we will liaise with the management of the home and yourself if necessary for the first 14 days to ensure that no problems or questions remain unresolved or unanswered. In this respect we will be available to attend to your telephone and email requests during this time.

To help you settle in and feel at home at the home of your choice we are happy to visit you on a fortnightly basis for the first month and then on a monthly basis for the next two months if you request this.
