We have devised this package to cater for those seniors who wish to and are able to remain in their own homes however need some assistance with their daily living routine.
We suggest that you take advantage of our free consultation to discuss your requirements and to explain the resources available both from government bodies and private agencies.
Depending upon your financial circumstances you may qualify for subsidised assistance from community based organisations for help with housework, showering, cooking and transporting to shops and to doctors appointments etc.
These services are restricted to what the community organisation is prepared to offer. If these services are insufficient for your needs you will need to seek additional help from private agencies.
We will offer unlimited telephone and email support for up to a month while we endeavour to provide you with the home help services you require. We will offer a list of agencies both community and private who are prepared to come to your home. Not all home help services cover all suburbs.
Once we have sourced the agency or agencies you wish to engage to attend to your particular domestic requirements, we will liaise with them on your behalf to ensure that your needs are satisfactorily met.
For the first month of engagement by the home help service(s) we will contact you each week to make sure that they are meeting your expectations and that you are happy with the standard of work they are doing for you.
If you are dissatisfied with any of the services offered we will act as a mediator between you and the agency to resolve any issues.
