Having experienced first hand the confusion, uncertainty and frustration experienced by seniors with aged care issues, Sue brings a wealth of skill and expertise to this business drawing on her recent involvement with the elderly as a Director of Care Services at a Sydney suburban aged care home. As a qualified assessor with The Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency, Sue ensures that she remains up to date with the latest legislative requirements and knows which nursing homes are meeting all the expected outcomes.
